Flood Relief Activity Minutes

Opening:
Members gathered at the residence of Lion Prem Megotia at 6.00 AM. 500 packets consists of Chura, Gur, Sattu, Clothes, Candles, Match Boxes, Biscuits, Polythene Sheets, Salt, Bottles of Filtered Water were arranged. Members went to the residence of District Magistrate Mr. Sanjiv Hans and as per his advice handed over the relief materials to the officials at Indoor Stadium near D.M. Residence.

E. Agenda for Next Meeting
Members further decided to organize another flood relief activity on 19th August. Sponsor for Fodder and Cattle Feeds are being looked for this activity.
On 15th August Flag Hoisting will be held at Lions Sewa Kendra. Members will gather at 9.45 AM and National Flag will be hoisted by Vice President Lion Praveen Maskara since President will be out of station. High tea will be sponsored by Lion Praveen Maskara.
