Opening:
The board meeting of the Lions Club of Begusarai was called to order at 8 PM on 13th July 2007 in at the residence of Lion Mudita Agrawal by Lion Mudita Agrawal, President.

The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as distributed.

Members and there family members are requested to send him articles, jokes, poems and other materials as they think fit for publication in Samvad. He has all the right to select/reject/edit the matters.
Banner: Lion Pradeep Gupta to send old installation banner to the Secretary who will send it to Lion Manoj Kumar for necessary rectification.
Generator: Matter is deferred as members thought to extend the shade in front of Lions Sewa Kendra. Lions Brajesh Maskara in his absence is selected to prepare a proposal for this.
Tree Plantation: Matter is deferred since Lion Brajesh Maskara was not present.
Free Wheel Chair for physically challenged at Patna: Members have the view to do this project locally.
Treasure Report: Treasurer Lion Pradeep Gupta has produced a treasurer report with a list of Receipt of Rs. 211370.00 and Expenses of Rs. 210191.00 with a cash Balance of Rs. 1179.00. There is some balance in Canara Bank in a Saving Bank account and some F. D.
Membership Retention: Lion Balram Deva will talk with Lion Bishnukant Agrawal to withdraw his resignation from membership.
