Flood Relief Activity Minutes
August 08, 2007
Opening:
Members gathered at the residence of Lion Prem Megotia at 6.00 AM. 500 packets consists of Chura, Gur, Sattu, Clothes, Candles, Match Boxes, Biscuits, Polythene Sheets, Salt, Bottles of Filtered Water were arranged. Members went to the residence of District Magistrate Mr. Sanjiv Hans and as per his advice handed over the relief materials to the officials at Indoor Stadium near D.M. Residence.

Members further decided to organize another flood relief activity on 19th August. Sponsor for Fodder and Cattle Feeds are being looked for this activity.
On 15th August Flag Hoisting will be held at Lions Sewa Kendra. Members will gather at 9.45 AM and National Flag will be hoisted by Vice President Lion Praveen Maskara since President will be out of station. High tea will be sponsored by Lion Praveen Maskara.

Opening:
The Installation Meeting of the Lions Club of Begusarai was called to order at 8:30 PM on 29th July 2007 at Lions Sewa Kendra by Lion Prem Megotia, Outgoing President. Chief Guest and Installing Officer P.D.G. Lion Vijay Kumar Agrawal, Past Multiple Council Chairman MJFLion Dr. K. D. N. Agrawal, Zone Chairman Lion Ravi Maskara and President Elect Lion Mudita Agrawal were escorted to the Dias. Podium was handed over to Lion Lady Prity Maskara and Lion Lady Ritu Agrawal for the conduct of meeting as master of ceremony.

Treasure Report: Treasurer Lion Pradeep Gupta has produced a treasurer report with a list of Receipt of Rs. 211370.00 and Expenses of Rs. 210191.00 with a cash Balance of Rs. 1179.00. There is some balance in Canara Bank in a Saving Bank account and some F. D.
Membership Retention: Lion Balram Deva will talk with Lion Bishnukant Agrawal to withdraw his resignation from membership.
